CONSULTMASTERS develops websites and manages property in the Austin, Texas area, and also develops and sells property in the Los Fresnos area of the Rio Grande Valley.
Shoemaker Consulting LLC, provides computer consulting services and Real Estate consulting services provided by Shoemaker Consulting include the following:
Shoemaker Consulting charges reasonable rates for its services, as do its subcontractors.
Shoemaker Consulting is also flexible as to payment method and collectibles so as not to unduly burden small businesses or homeowners with large bill payments. Real Estate products are financed through local banks.
Bids will be based on a written Statement of Work based upon information provided by the customer and an on-site assessment by Shoemaker Consulting of the service to be performed.
Bids can be provided on an monthly basis, or per job.
The customer is typically responsible for the cost of all materials, expendibles and any actual charges that Shoemaker Consulting accrues while servicing the customer, including vendor consulting charges, mileage charges, or long-distance phone calls.
Payments normally Net 30. Beyond 60 days, Shoemaker Consulting reserves the right to charge a late payment charge or to delay subsequent services.
